Make sure that you are set up to use "Skype" on your computer and are familiar with it. Make sure that you have added Steven as a contact (to find him in "Skype" simply type in his e-mail address steven.barrett@sympatico.ca in the "Add a contact" window. When the video conference takes place Steven will be the one initiating the call. If you initially contact Steven by e-mail
